Sujatha Menon

Head Of Academics

With over 35 years of experience across airline management, academics, and learning & development, Sujatha Menon brings deep industry and training expertise to Paradigm Learning. For the past 20 years, she has specialised in behavioural training, English communication, and soft skills development. A major milestone in her career was serving as the Centre Head of Training and Placement at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. She is also a Government of India-certified Subject Matter Expert in Soft Skills under the PMKVY scheme and actively involved in humanitarian initiatives through her NGO work.

Sunil Joseph

Head of AI

With over 20 years of experience across enterprise technology, business consulting, operations, and AI-driven solutions, Sunil Joseph has worked with organisations on business transformation and operational efficiency. He began his career at Infosys before moving into business analysis, project management, and later strategy and operations consulting at EY. His expertise spans manufacturing, supply chain, SAP ecosystems, analytics, automation, and Generative AI adoption. At Paradigm, he develops practical AI training programs focused on productivity, decision-making, and workplace efficiency for non-technical professionals.

Priya Singh

Head of Digital Literacy

Qualified Dairy Technologist and certified Instructional Designer, Priya Singh began her career with Karnataka Milk Federation (Nandini Brand) and Kwality Ice Cream, Chennai, before moving into training and development. She led Intel® Innovation in Education projects, training 1000+ educators and supervising 3500+ across Kerala. She also worked with the Kerala State IT Mission on Intel Foundation initiatives for rural entrepreneurs and underprivileged children. At Paradigm, she focuses on enabling digital literacy among young professionals to scale up in their respective areas of focus.
